The Kuruvilla's family home is adorned with coconut trees, papaya trees and moringa in its small tropical garden. Situated in downtown Ernakulam, a transit point and a gateway to major tourist destinations in Kerala.

The guest area is on the first floor with a private entrance. The ground floor is where the host family lives. There are 2 non air-conditioned ensuite 1 air-conditioned ensuite and an air-conditioned apartment for the guest

Common area for the guest includes a living room, a dining room, an internet cabin, a self-catering kitchen and a pantry on this floor.

The 1000 sq.ft terrace on the roof top is a perfect place to pluck a fresh coconut or just to relax in the evenings.

Each ensuite accommodates 2 adults. All ensuites have big wardrobes with full size mirror and luggage storage area. Rooms are neat and well maintained by the family. Procelain terracotta tiles and eco-friendly coir carpets are used for the flooring. Toilet paper, bath towels and all other necessery linen would be provided by the house.
